For the safety and effectiveness of your care, we require that lab work be completed within the last six months. If you do not have recent labs available, we will gladly order the necessary test for you.
Our Telehealth services are available to patients located in the states of Florida, Oregon, Montana, Maryland, New York, Arizona, and Washington State. In order for us to provide care, patients must be physically present in one of these states at the time of their appointment.
At Yara Health & Wellness, our telehealth clinic does not prescribe controlled substances.
Results may vary from person to person depending on individual health conditions, response to treatment, and adherence to recommended plan.
If you do not cancel your appointment in advance and fail to attend (no-show), no refund will be provided.

Yara Health and Wellness is a cash-pay telemedicine clinic. We do not accept insurance at this time. All services must be paid out-of-pocket. We strive to keep our pricing transparent and affordable to ensure accessible care for all our patients.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept HSA/FSA cards and other secure electronic payments.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you affirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You understand that participation in telehealth is voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting your future care or access to services. Please note that you may be required to review and sign a more detailed telehealth and telephone consent form prior to receiving services.
